3.2. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3.3. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Your Rights and Choices

4.1. You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Opt-out of marketing communications

5.2. We use essential cookies for application functionality, and analytics and advertising-related cookies as described in Section 6, to improve our service.

6. Third-Party Services, Analytics and Advertising

6.1. We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Authentication and Database)
  • Google Analytics (usage, conversion and purchase analytics)
  • Stripe (payment processing for subscriptions)

6.2. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect information as specified in their respective policies.

6.3. Google Analytics and Advertising Features: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our service is used, including which features are used and when a subscription is purchased. We have enabled the following Google Analytics Advertising Features: Google signals (cross-device measurement and, where applicable, ads personalisation and demographics and interests reporting). This means Google may associate information about your visit with your Google account if you are signed in to Google and have consented to this association in your Google account settings.

6.4. Identifiers: Analytics data is collected using cookies and pseudonymous identifiers, including a random user identifier assigned to your account. We do not send your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information to Google Analytics. When you purchase a subscription, we record the transaction amount and plan against these pseudonymous identifiers so that we can measure our service; your payment card details are handled solely by Stripe and never reach us or Google Analytics.

6.5. Opting out: You can opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features via your Google Ads Settings and manage or delete data Google associates with your account via My Activity. You can prevent Google Analytics data collection entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and control cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 5.

7.2. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
